There is an upcoming music festival that you will want to check-out and cover: LouieFest 2007. www.LOUIEFEST.com

LouieFest is a 2 day festival, celebrating music on 4 stages, 60 bands and guest appearances, including national and international musicians. And yes... we have a grand finale called the '1000 Guitar Event' where we go for the Guinness world record of the most players, playing 'Louie Louie' in unison.

Other then the fact that 'Louie Louie' is the International Anthem of Rock & Roll, LouieFest is a tip-of-the-hat to the fabulous Wailers (main stage) and the Kingsmen (guest appearances) for making it so popular, that even today it is still being recorded by bands in every nation.

We've been working to support and promote LouieFest, which in turn is in direct support of the Wailers Performing Arts Foundation (501c3), providing youth music education, mentoring and instruments.
